The path to your ideal smile starts with a complimentary initial consultation!

At your complimentary initial consultation, you’ll have the chance to meet our team and learn more about the process of orthodontic treatment. We’ll do a complete exam, discuss your concerns, and begin to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan that will best meet your needs.

Every initial consultation includes:

• A complete review of every patient’s dental and medical histories.
• A comprehensive oral exam, including X-rays, to help the orthodontist determine if treatment is needed.
• If treatment is indicated, a customized treatment plan will be designed to give you the best smile possible.
• A discussion of affordable financing, including insurance options and payment plans.

What happens after the initial consultation?

After your initial consultation, you’ll be one step closer to the smile you’ve always dreamed of.

Once you’ve made the decision to improve your smile, we’ll help you set an appointment to begin orthodontic treatment. This visit typically lasts around one hour. Our staff will take great care to ensure you are comfortable throughout the appointment, and we’ll educate you thoroughly about the treatment process, what to expect, and care instructions. By the time you leave you’ll feel like a pro!

Scheduling Appointments

To make sure your treatment progresses as quickly and predictably as possible, it’s important to see us at four to eight week intervals.

Our scheduling coordinators will work with you to find appointment times that fit into your schedule, and for your convenience we offer evening and weekend hours.

We know that sometimes life happens. You might be running late or need to reschedule. That’s not a problem – we just ask that you call our office to let us know. We’ll make every effort to reschedule you with an appointment that works with your schedule.

Visiting the dentist during orthodontic treatment

Just because you are in orthodontic treatment doesn’t mean you can forego your routine dental checkups with your family dentist. In fact, your oral health is even more important during treatment, so make sure you are still seeing your dentist every six months or as indicated by your general dentist. If dental work is needed at any point during your care with us, we are happy to work with your dentist to accommodate any restorations or repairs.
